Terms & Conditions of Service
By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

2. Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late Cancellations: Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
- Same-Day Cancellations / No-Shows: Will be charged $100 or the full service fee, whichever is greater.

3. Access & Job Readiness
Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the work area. If the job cannot be completed due to lack of access, delays, or unprepared conditions, a cancellation or service fee may apply.

4. Scope of Work
Work performed is limited to what is agreed upon before the job begins. Any additional work requested may result in additional charges.

5. Right to Refuse or Cancel Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe conditions, inappropriate behavior, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Liability Limitations
While we take care to perform quality work, we are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Hidden issues (e.g., electrical, plumbing, structural problems not visible at time of service)
- Damage resulting from materials or conditions beyond our control

7. Materials
If materials are provided by the client, we are not responsible for defects or performance issues related to those materials.

8. Satisfaction
Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion so we can address them.
